OFFICER ORIENTATION

On behalf of the National Headquarters and myself, we wish to Thank you for volunteering your time and experience to make this training available for young cadet recruits.

We are here to implement the USNSCC Recruit Training program. This program is outlined and the POD schedules each activity. It is very important that ALL personnel adhere to the POD exactly as scheduled. Be sure to have your Recruits at the designated area ON TIME. We will review the POD and where operations conflict and changes are needed, we will modify its contents at Officers call each nite if needed.

I would like to cover some operational topics and lay out the general guidelines so there will not be any confusion by interpretation of regulations or we do it different at home conflicts.
