MISSION

      USNSCC Recruit Training is designed to foster personal growth in the

areas of character, courage, and professional competence for newly

  enrolled Cadets.

          OBJECTIVE

The objectives are to improve the recruit training experience for the cadets;

standardize the training; set standards for adult leader escorts; 

 find positive alternative methods for motivating problem cadets; to

understand and prevent sexual harassment; set and maintain physical

 fitness  standards; and include core values in the training.

     GOALS

The goals of the training are to ensure the cadet feels comfortable when in a

military uniform situation;  develops in each cadet self-confidence

as a Sea Cadet; and, instill a sense of  pride of accomplishment

upon successful completion of the training.
